What is recorded here

Situated in pasture-land on the NW face of a ridge which runs SE-NW. Annotated as ’fort’ on the 1837 OS Fair Plan map. Depicted on 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (approx. diam. 15m E-W) adjoining the SW side of a ringfort (WM007-079----). This site has been levelled.
