This is the record for a burnt mound excavated by Colin D. Gracie (97E303) on the Arklow bypass scheme. A horseshoe-shaped spread of burnt material (diam. 5–6m) was excavated but no trace of a hearth or trough was found. The only find was a flint flake from the surface of the burnt spread.
