A sub-rectangular slab (L. 1.56m; Wth 0.50-0.57m, T. 0.09-0.18m) with dressed upper face and sides and bevelled edges. The upper face has a full length ringed openwork cross. Located in Banaha ('Kilcommon') church (WI035-014001-). A second slab (WI035-014004-) with a ringed interlace cross and inscription (OROIT DO FACHTAIN) originated here also and is now in the NMI (Braybrook 1879-81, 407).
