O'Toole (1943, 25) describes a wooden structure (diam. c. 3m), composed of a circle of upright stakes, with a large flat stone (with traces of charcoal) surrounded by paving at the centre, found in a bog at Knockanooker. Trackways (WI033-027002-) had also been found in the vicinity of the hut site. The precise location of this monument is unknown.
