Erected against the inner face of the S wall of the chancel of St Mary's Church (WI023-003001-), where it is held in place by narrow, copper strap-tags. Early Christian cross slab with triple line cross with cup-shaped terminals within a border. Described by Leask (1950, 43) as a ‘slab, tapered, 5 feet 2 inches [1.57m] by 1 foot 11 inches [0.58m]. Incised with a two-line border containing a three-fine cross with a circular central and half-circle expansions at the extremities. It is in the chancel’.
