Situated on a gentle to marked S-facing mountain slope in forestry. A narrow, crudely defined laneway possibly linking the entrance of the ecclesiatical enclosure (WI016-009002-) to the route of St Kevin's Way c. 100m to the S. In parts it is defined by a low bank (H 0.3m; Wth 1m) on either side. The laneway was identified during a UCD School of Archaeology research and teaching project carried out over three seasons (2004-06).
