In rough pasture, on an ESE-facing slope on the lower reaches of Slievecorragh. A circular area (diam. 23m) defined along the W by an earthen bank (Wth 2.3m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 0.9m) and an outer U-shaped fosse (Wth 1m; D 0.6m). The bank has been reduced to a scarp edge (H 0.8m) along the E and S with faint traces of an outer fosse. A field boundary (H 1.1m), which possibly incorporates the enclosing bank, abuts at N.
