Series of small irregular fields and enclosures covering an area c. 75m x 75m, probably a multi-period deserted settlement, situated on a S-facing mountain slope overlooking a stream valley. Two house sites, one subcircular (ext. diam. c. 7.5m; int. diam. c. 3.5m) and the other subrectangular (int. dims. c. 6m x 3m) are visible on the ground. These lie within a complex of small fields, possibly contemporary with the upland field system within which the site is situated. The complex overlies at least one earlier enclosure defined by a bank and fosse, visible at the N side. (Information T. Spillane)
