Situated on a gentle SE-facing slope. The approximate location of the church is marked by a slightly sunken rectangular area (dims. c. 10m x 4.5m) in the NE corner of the graveyard. The latter is a rectangular enclosure (dims. 40m x 30m) defined by a 19th-century stone wall. A small number of 18th-century headstones survive.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
