What is recorded here

Situated on a gentle NE-facing slope. A rectangular enclosure (dims. 40m N-S; 35m E-W) defined at the S by a stone wall, and by a line of collapse at the E; on the N and W sides the wall is masked by bulldozer clearance. The interior has been used as a dump for field clearance. This site may be associated with the church and graveyard (WI008-014----) immediately to the E. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
