Located in pasture on high ground on the S side of a NW-SE river valley, with the stream c. 220m to the NE. There is a tradition of a church (WA039-015001-) at Loskeran (Power 1952, 82). It is not visible at ground level but an eroded cross-base (dims. 0.45m x 0.37m; H 0.4m) with a socket (dims. 0.3m x 0.25m) was recovered from the site and is kept at a nearby house. A standing stone (WA039-016----) is adjacent to the E.
