Located towards the head of a sligt NW-SE valley. The well, known as Tobar na bhFiacal - the Teeth Well, and described as such on the 1840 and 1927 eds of the OS 6-inch map is an open pond (dims. 4m N-S; 2-3m E-W), which may be an origin of the stream in the valley. There are no traditions associated with it.
