Situated at the crest of a W-facing slope. Subrectangular scrub-covered area (dims. 43m E-W; 36m N-S) truncated slightly at S and W, altering its originally circular plan. It is defined by the remains of a bank (Wth 6m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.5m) NW-E and by a scarp (H 0.7m at S to 1.6m at W) elsewhere. It is surrounded by straight sections of field banks 2-4m from its bank on all sides except SE-SW, and there are traces of a fosse (Wth of top 4.3m; int. D 0.7m; ext. D 0.9m) SE-S. An original entrance cannot be identified.
