An ogham stone that was discovered in Kilbeg (Martin 1874-5, 437, 479) was read by Macalister (1945, vol. 1, 280) as BIVODON MUCOI ATAR. It may have been associated with Kilbarrymeaden church (WA025-040001-) just to the W. This stone is in the National Museum of Ireland (DU018-244----). (Martin 1874-5, 437, 479; Barry 1896, 129; Moore 1999, no. 1491) This stone has been studied as part of the ‘Ogham in 3D’ project undertaken by the School of Celtic Studies, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies.
