What is recorded here

Located towards the top of a SW-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims. 48m E-W; 43m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (at W: Wth 4m; int. H 1.2m; ext. H 2.2m) with slight evidence of an outer fosse. The entrance is not identified, and the perimeter is surrounded by a country lane E-SW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
