Situated on a slight rise in a fairly level landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 35.5m) defined by an overgrown earthen bank best preserved at WNW (Wth 5.1m; int. H 1.3m; ext. H 1.4m) and incorporated into a field bank E-S-W. The original entrance is not identified and there is no visible fosse. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
