What is recorded here

Situated on a N-facing slope. Overgrown circular area (diam. c. 25m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4.5m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1.4m) at NNE, with an outer fosse (Wth at base 2m) and external bank (Wth 4.3m; H over fosse 1.1m; ext. H 1m) at ESE. There is no visible entrance. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
