Situated on a gentle SW-facing slope at the bottom of a steep W-facing slope of the Monavullagh Mountains. Circular grass-covered area (ext. diam. 4.2-5.4m; int. diam. 2.4-2.9m) defined by a stone wall, with no visible entrance. (Moore 1995, 198, 241, G5)
This monument forms part of the national monument complex at Coumaraglinmountain (National Monuments (Preservation) Order No. 4 of 1996).
