Situated at the bottom of a N-S valley at the E side with a N-S stream c. 140m to the W. An area of burnt and broken stone (dims. 14m N-S; 10m E-W) is visible when the field is ploughed. An adjacent field bank circumscribes the site at W. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
