Situated on a fairly level landscape that is the N-facing slope of a S-N spur. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 22m) defined by an overgrown earthen bank best preserved E-S (Wth 4m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.7m) but reduced to a scarp (H 0.6-1m) at N. The entrance (Wth 1.8m) is at ESE, but there is no visible fosse. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
