Situated on a gentle W-facing slope of the broad NE-SW upper Araglin river valley. It is at the edge of cultivated land with the Araglin river c. 200m to the N and c. 200m to the W. Two stones, each oriented NNW-SSE, are placed 11m apart on a NNE-SSW axis. The N stone has a subrectangular cross-section (dims. 1.35m x 0.3m; H 0.77m). The S stone with a subrectangular cross-section (dims. 1.35m x 0.35m; H 0.87m) was once incorporated into a 19th-century stone wall. (Moore 1995, 199, 223, 226, 242, H10)
