What is recorded here

Situated at the crest of the slight SW-facing slope of a low hill. Circular area (diam. 35m) defined by an eroded earth and stone bank (Wth 2-4m; int. H 0.8-1.6m; ext. H 1.2-1.4m) with traces of internal and external stone-facing. The entrance is not identified, and there is no visible fosse. It is planted with coniferous trees. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
