Marked as a small embanked enclosure on the 1840 (ext. diam. c. 40m) and 1927 (ext. diam. c. 30m) eds. of the OS 6-inch maps, and situated in tillage at the crest of a W-facing slope. It is bisected by a N-S field bank and townland boudnary, but it is not visible at ground level.
