Visible as a circular feature on the vertical aerial photographs (ACAP V165/175-6), and situated on a S-N ridge or spur. Oval stoney area (dims. 25m NW-SE; 15m NE-SW) visible when the area is ploughed. A piece of slag was recovered from the area together with gravel-temptered ware of the 17th and 18th century, and later wares.
