On the N side of Cathedral Square in the centre of Waterford city, at basement level in No. 6. In the early 1990s human remains, consisting of exposed leg bones, were uncovered during work to lower the level of the basement (pers. comm. Orla Scully). It is likely that this burial is associated with the medieval graveyard (WA009-005100-) which surrounded the medieval cathedral (WA009-005020-).
