On the E-facing slope of Ballybrickan Hill, at the junction of Patrick St. and Stephen St. According to Canon P. Power there was a well of dubious antiquity and sanctity dedicated to St Patrick which was closed in during the late 19th century (Power, 1916, 66). A ringed cross, which was at the well, is now in the present St. Patrick's church (WA009-005074-).
