What is recorded here

Situated on a gentle SE-facing slope overlooking a slight basin. A shale stone with a rectangular cross-section (dims. 0.35-0.45m x 0.15-0.23m; H 1.76m) and three smoothed faces, which is oriented ENE-WSW. It is located c. 120m E of standing stone (WA008-051001-) and enclosure site (WA008-051002-), and c. 160m SE of standing stone (WA008-050----). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
