What is recorded here

According to Power (1952, 411) a place called Páirc a'Tighe Mhóir, the field of the Great House in Munsburrow, was the site of a mansion of the Powers of Monerlargy. It remains unlocated but it may be the same as (WA007-063----). Power, Rev. P. (1952) The placenames of the Decies. (second ed.) Cork University Press. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 02 November 2010

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.

The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
