Situated on a heather-covered plateau. Rectangular area (int. dims. 6.9m x 1.2m) partly built on rock outcrop at W. A drain extends through the centre of the structure and out through the entrance (Wth 0.75m) at the N end of the W side. It is associated with field system (WA006-034004-). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
