Situated at the N crest of the Suir escarpment. Parish church of Fenoagh. Blackett (1860-61) recorded a possible ogham stone at the graveyard (WA003-034002-) of Feonagh church (WA003-034001-) which was never read and has since disappeared (Anon. 1868-9, 348-9). Macalister (1945, 294, no. 305) suspected that it had 'been broken up and that the fragments had been used in building a field-wall'.
