Situated on the floodplain of the W-E River Suir with the stream c. 50m to the N. Subcircular area (diam. c. 25m) visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs (ASIAP (28) 12-14; (40) 26-7). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
