What is recorded here

Situated towards the top of a S-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims. 31m N-S; 28.5m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-5.5m; int. H 0.3-0.5m; ext. H 0.6-0.8m). The entrance (Wth 1m) is at SE, and there is no visible fosse. The perimeter is damaged by a quarry at SW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
