Just off the crest of a hill on N-facing slope in undulating pastureland. Circular area (diam. 47m) enclosed partially by an earthen and stone bank (W 1m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.6m) and partially by scarp (H 1.1m) with an external fosse (W 1.7m; D 0.43m). The interior is quite heavily overgrown with nettles, thisles, etc., a cattle-feeder placed in the interior in winter and the ground is very poached as a result. The ringfort has been fenced off with post and wire fencing. There is a lot of dead wood piled up against outer face of the bank in the SE quadrant.
