On E-facing slope, just off the crest of ridge, in undulating pastureland. Circular area (diam. 32.5m N-S; 31.8m E-W) enclosed by a low, flat, earthen bank (Wth 2.4m crest, 6.4m base; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.7m) which appears to have been flattened. Entrance (Wth 4.4m) in E quadrant. A field boundary, running N-S, abutts the W quadrant and a field bank augments the bank in the NW and SW quadrants. The N quadrant bank is reduced to scarp (H 1.16m). There are brambles growing on the bank in the N and S sectors.
