In the graveyard E of the C of I church on or near the site of the former Cistercian abbey (TS083-017----). A sandstone slab (H 0.37m above ground; Wth 0.45m; T 0.12m) which has been embedded in the ground and reused as a grave-marker. The top dexter angle is missing. It is decorated with a double-lined incised cross pattee with convex expanded terminals and hollowed angles. Only the upper three arms of the cross head are visible above ground. Stylistically this dates to the 13th/14th century.
