On the S side of a channellised stream, at base of gentle NE-facing slope in a small park at the junction of the main Clonmel-Cahir road and the Clonmel-Marlfield road. Well structure consists of a mass concrete hood (L 2.05m; Wth 1.8m; H 0.87m above ground level) into which large limestone pieces have been set. Four broad steps lead down to the well from the NW. Two hawthorn trees growing adjacent to well. There is no evidence of items of religious devotion. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011
