Located 22.7m N of St. Patrick's Church and currently incorporated in St. Patrick's holy well (TS083-004002-). This natural spring well is enclosed by stone wall, with renovation work being carried out in the 50s and 60s (Shee and Watson 1975, 53). The well is very clear and is channelised into a large pond which runs off to form a river. The water runs out from the well through two narrow stone-cut channels, which appear to be reused flumes of an early mill (TS083-035----) (Manning 2007, 12-15).
