On relatively flat ground in gently undulating terrain, under pasture. Conjoined with ringfort (TS081-017001-). A roughly circular ringfort (diam. c. 40m N-S and E-W) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 2.1m crest, 4.6m base; int. H 1.23m; ext. H 1.86m) planted with mature elm trees, the interior is heavily overgrown with vegetation. There is a well-defined entrance in the NE quadrant (Wth 2.5m).
