What is recorded here

Inserted in the S doorway of the church (TS079-015003-) there is a sandstone lintel which is a re-used graveslab, the incised line of the cross-shaft can still be seen, though the decorated base, a fleur-de-lis, visible in 1968 (OPW files) is not clear. The stone has been broken or deliberately cut vertically along its sinister side. The upper and lower portions are incorporated in the masonry surrounding the doorway.
