On a natural terrace on an E-facing slope in undulating terrain. The church (TS079-007001-) is not enclosed and the graveyard is located c. 20m S of the church. On the 1st (1840) ed. OS 6-inch map the graveyard is marked but was not enclosed, but on the 2nd (1906) ed. A roughly square graveyard is indicated. This graveyard, enclosed by a stone wall, does not include the church within its boundary.
