Within Kilmurry church (TS078-53----) lies a recumbent graveslab inside the N wall, towards E end. A limestone slab (L 2.06m; Wth 0.88 top; Wth 0.86 base; T 0.21m including chamfered edge) with interlace cross head and three fleur-de-lis terminals. Sun and moon in the top dexter and sinister corners respectively. Four vertical bands comprise the shaft which rests on a curving calvary mount with skull and cross bones. There is a coat of arms on either side of the shaft; the dexter shield is quartered and the sinister shield is cut into six. Raised black letter script in a marginal band starts in the top dexter corner and finishes along the dexter side. The slab is broken in two three quarters of the way along its length. The two side panels appear to be blank. The inscription reads: HIC JACET PHILIPPUS QUEM ERFORD QVONDAM COLLACTANEV EOMITISOR MONAE CVM VXC RESVA MARGARET SHEA ADNI 1630 QVAE ORITT 10 IVNI 9
