What is recorded here

Towards the base of a N-facing slope in undulating hilly terrain. Field itself is under pasture. Stream c. 60m to N flowing to E where it joins the Lingaun River. Enclosure (TS078-011----) was located c. 180m to E. Enclosure has been levelled with no visible trace at ground level. Ground is disturbed in area where enclosure formerly stood. Monument depicted on 1st (1840) and 2nd (1901-05) ed. OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. Field boundary which ran roughly N-S past the E quadrant and field boundary to S have also been removed.
