On N slope of hill in gently undulating terrain, in reclaimed pasture. Ringfort has been levelled. The ground rises where the monument formally stood, but no clearly defined edges. Field boundary runs E-W to the S. Ringfort still upstanding when visited in the early 1980s (Cahill 1982) and is described as being 60m in overall diameter with a bank and ext. fosse and 'divided internally by a bank. It is considerably eroded on N side'. Field boundaries to W and N have been removed.
