According to Power (1908, 23) this cross-slab was found in a bog close to the Bansha road. The cross-slab was brought to the holy well (TS075-044001-) known as Tobar Iosa, which is half a mile from where it was found. The cross-slab at the holy well is recorded as TS075-044002-. It consists of central crude stone (H 0.76m; Wth 0.35m; T c. 0.21m), conglomerate with quartz pebbles, with incised latin cross with expanded terminals enclosed by circle (diam. 0.26m) and incised cross (dims. 0.1m x 0.12m) above. A metal cross has been inserted into the top of this stone. The precise location it came from in Ballydrehid is unknown.
