Formerly situated at Toureen Peacaun monastery (TS075-023----) and currently unlocated. Recorded by Petrie (1878, 33-4) and drawn by du Noyer (unpublished, c. 1860) this slab could not be located by Crawford (1909, 65) and has not been found since. Based on Petrie’s description and sketch and du Noyer’s sketch, it is described by Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 319-20) as a small slab (H c. 0.21m; Wth c. 0.315m) which was 'part of a slab of unknown form … [with] an incised linear Latin cross with expanded lower terminal, with one line of test below'. It is listed as Toureen Peacaun 60 (ibid.).
