Formerly situated at Toureen Peacaun monastery (TS075-023----) and currently unlocated. This stone is described by Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 315-16), based on a description by Macalister (1949, no. 923, 101), as a small slab (H c. 0.27m; Wth c. 0.18m; T c. 0.09m) which was 'a fragment of a slab of unknown form. Apparently it contained a wheel cross and a text set around it'. It is listed by Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 315-16) as Toureen Peacaun 56.

The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
