This stone is currently incorporated into the interior E wall of St Peakaun's church (TS075-023001-). It is described by Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 262-3) as a small slab (H c. 0.11m; Wth c. 0.11m; T c. 0.01m visible) and is 'a fragment of a slab of unknown form. A fragmentary text is incised on the visible face, taking up most of the existing piece of stone'. It is listed as Toureen Peacaun 22 (ibid.). The stone was uncovered during the 1944 excavation (Duignan 1944, 227).
