In the S sector of an ecclesiastical enclosure (TS074-010----) known as St. Berrihert's Kyle and incorporated in an oval stone enclosure, stepped internally, built by the OPW in 1946 (Ó hÉailidhe 1967, 102). This slab is located in the E sector, at ground level. It is described by Ó hÉailidhe (1967, 111) as slab 16, composed of grey sandstone (dims 0.7m x 0.33m; T 0.1m). 'An irregular Latin cross in low relief (6mm) with double-rounded hollow in the angles. The face of the slab is covered with little holes which appear to be natural. The back is blank' (ibid.).
