Published in the notes section of the Journal of the Waterford and Southeast of Ireland Archaeological Society (1906, vol. 9, 18) is a reference to a burial urn 'containing calcined bones' that was excavated in Cheesemount townland. The urn was broken during the recovery. The exact location of this monument is unknown.
