In rough pasture, on gradual E-facing slope, to N-side of stream valley. Slight visible surface trace of roughly semi-circular area (dims. 20m N-S; 25m E-W) defined by traces of levelled bank. Depicted on the 1904 ed. OS 6-inch map as truncated by field boundary to N. Possible entrance (Wth 3-4m) at SSE. Very uneven surface of field due to dry, sinuous gullies to NW, W and S.
